Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy
At Tree of Life Day Spa, we value both our clients' time and the time of our service providers. To reserve your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking:
Services totaling less than $300 require a deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount.
Services totaling $300 or more require payment in full (100%) at the time of booking.
Deposits will be applied toward the cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and supports our staff by protecting time that has been reserved specifically for your appointment.
If you believe your appointment was booked incorrectly due to a scheduling error or an issue with our booking software, please contact us directly before cancelling online. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, waive any applicable cancellation charges or deposit forfeiture.
Late Arrivals
To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment, as your appointment begins at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Full treatment fees will still apply.
In the event that we are running behind schedule, we assure you that your full treatment time will not be compromised. We value your time and commitment to our services, and if we are at fault for any delays, we will ensure you receive the full duration of your scheduled treatment.
Payment Policy
We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. For appointments requiring a 50% deposit, the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your appointment.
Any additional services, upgrades, gratuity, or retail products purchased during your visit will be charged at checkout.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide exceptional service and products. All sales of services and retail products are final. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please let us know within 24 hours so we can address your concerns and find a suitable solution.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety are our top priority. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent surgeries when booking your appointment. If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment to protect the well-being of our staff, other clients, and yourself.
Age Restriction Policy
For safety and comfort, clients must be at least 18 years old to receive most treatments. For anyone under 18, we require written consent from a parent or guardian, and certain treatments may be restricted.
Babies and Children
We are a woman-owned, family-run space, built on the backs of strong mothers and beautiful wild children. But here, within these walls, we hold a sanctuary for rest, release, and stillness. So as much as we love your little one, we kindly ask that all babes-in-arms, strollers, toddlers, and young children remain at home during your spa visit.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase and make a wonderful gift. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They may be redeemed for services, products, and retail at the front of our store, and may also be applied to gratuity.
Our gift certificates never expire, however, we have recently undergone a change in ownership. Gift certificate purchases made through Square before 2023 may not be accepted – we will give you information on how to obtain a refund for the gift certificate. Please contact us for details.
Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of our services, but are greatly appreciated. If you enjoyed your service, a typical gratuity is 20% of the service price.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. All personal information collected during your visit will be kept confidential and used solely to provide the best possible service. We will never share client information with third parties.
Dress Code
For your comfort and to maintain a serene environment, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing. Robes will be provided for your convenience between treatments if you have more than one treatment booked per person.
